Accessing ProClient Zoom Settings and Connecting to Zoom
To access your ProClient account settings, click on the arrow beside your username on the upper left corner of the screen. A dropdown selection menu will appear. Click on My Profile.
Click on Integrations option
Click the Enable Integration to Zoom button
You will be redirected to sign in on your Zoom account
Choose Allow in the next screen, be sure to read all the options in the screen
Once you’re signed in, you can also choose different options for your Zoom Meetings
Disabling the Connection to Zoom
To access your ProClient account settings, click on the arrow beside your username on the upper left corner of the screen. A dropdown selection menu will appear. Click on My Profile.
Click on Integrations option
Click the Disable Integration to Zoom button
Create a Zoom Appointment Type
To create a Zoom Appointment type or to update an existing Appointment to a Zoom type, go to Settings and then to the Appointments section
To add a new Appointment type, go to the upper right side and select the Add button, if you wish to update an existing Appointment type, select the Appointment type in the list.
Once inside the Appointment type screen, the option under the Appointment Location dropdown will have the Zoom selection in it, please select this one
Upon editing your desired settings for your Appointment type, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save Appointment
After redirecting to the Appointment type screen, make sure to check the Allow External Appointment checkbox to allow the Appointment to be accessible via the External Calendar if you wish to have other users create meetings with this Appointment type
Create a Zoom Appointment
To create a Zoom Appointment, you can go to the Main Calendar by clicking the Calendar menu option in the sidebar.
Click on the desired Date and Time in the Calendar you want to set the Appointment, a popup will appear where you can select the Zoom Appointment type you have created.
Follow the Next button prompts to save the new Appointment
An External Calendar Appointment can also be created by your clients or customers with the Zoom Appointment type by going to the External Calendar link, by going to the menu Settings -> Appointments, click the link that shows the user assigned to an External Calendar
Upon successful Appointment creation via the Calendar or the External Calendar, the Zoom details will be attached to the Appointment Email
