The ProClient Desktop application allows for printing directly to ProClient. From here, the documents will be sent to Documents for Review. There are many ways to submit documents to ProClient using the desktop application. See the steps below on how to Print to ProClient for upload.
With the desktop application installed, you will need to Sign In for the first time. This is the same login information used to sign into your account at login.proclient.com.
Next, you will need to select the account that you will be using.
Once signed in and the account is selected, the main window will appear. This is where you can drag and drop files to the ProClient app, or browse your computer. Before uploading the added files, a client must also be selected. If a client was recently added, a refresh may need to be done so they appear as you type the name.
There are other was to add files and printouts to the ProClient desktop application, such as Right Clicking a file on your system and selecting Add to ProClient. When printing, a Print to ProClient option will also be displayed. Both options will send the file to the application window above to be uploaded to a client.
Once your files are selected for upload and the client is loaded in the box at the top, click Send to ProClient.
A message will be displayed that the upload was complete. You can now sign into ProClient and review the uploaded documents on the client's record under Document Center. For more on reviewing Documents, please check out How & Why to review documents.
