A client can update their password anytime by clicking the forgot password link on the client portal login. Clients will always log in at their client portal at [office domain].proclient.com. Clients never log in at login.proclient.com, which is reserved for users.
You can also reset a client's password by going to a client. Under Client Actions, click on Reset Password. This will send the client a password reset email.
We cannot set a client password.
