There will come a time when you need to disable a client's access.
You may be disable access because of security measures. Maybe the client is uploading items that you do not want, and they may not stop doing so.
They may owe you a balance, and you do not want them to even have access.
They might not be a client any longer, and you no longer wish to provide them access to their past information. There could be a number of reasons why you no longer wish to provide access. With Proclient, it is simple to disable access.
Go to the Client. In the Client Actions, click Disable Access. This will prevent them from logging back in. You can enable it by clicking the same button after it has been disabled.
