Exporting Client List From UltimateTax Online and Importing into ProClient
How to get your Return List exported from UltimateTax or export from any system you currently use.
Sign in to the Online UltimateTax software and click on the Return List tab, then click View More Actions. You will see Export Return List, then click CSV. That will open an Excel download of your Return List.
Importing your clients into ProClient
Summary: You will need to go to clients, click Import on the bottom right, and download the sample file. Do NOT change any columns, only fill those in. Then import. If you have any errors, the notification will tell you where.
Again, be sure to leave all headings just as they are. Only fill in manually or copy and paste your columns into the correct section.
