Sending the Client Portal Invitation
You send access in two ways. One at a time or mass send access.
To send access to one client at a time. After selecting a client in the Client Actions section. click Send/Resend Access. This will send the client the email to access their portal. The portal login for a client is your domainname.proclient.com
The invitation message will provide the client with a link to their Client Portal. This portal website is created automatically. No need for you to do anything!
The message also includes the client’s username and password. They can use this to log in to the secure Client Portal.
When the client enters the Client Portal, it will look something like this:
Mass Send Access
To send to multiple accounts at once, click Reports, then Portal Access. Client on Pending, here you can select all or multiple clients to send access to. Once you select them, click Send Invitation. The same notification process will then happen for each client.
The client will need to check their email to set up their account.
