Why use ProClient Calendar and not a different calendar app?
Is there a good reason to use ProClient Calendar over something like Google Calendar? Yes, because ProClient Calendar is designed to streamline your office workflow.
ProClient makes it easy for you to set up a Client Portal with an appointment scheduler. Your clients will be able to schedule appointments via ProClient Portal, and those appointments will appear on your Calendar view. Team members will also be able to schedule appointments that appear on your Calendar view. You can edit these appointment entries from your ProClient app.
ProClient Calendar also supports integration with Google Calendar and Outlook Mail. If you have a Google or Outlook account, you can link them to your ProClient account. Then your ProClient schedule will be viewable on your Google or Outlook calendar app.
Is it safe to use ProClient?
ProClient is designed to keep your data and your client's data safe from unauthorized access. Keep in mind that the data can be viewed by someone with an account password and high-level permission settings. We advise you to use a strong password (or a password manager) and limit permissions given to most users. You can adjust permissions settings in the User Accounts manager.
To further secure your account, you can activate two-factor authentication in ProClient’s default settings manager.
We also allow you to deactivate all prior computers that you have used in the past. We value security.
