On the right side of your screen, you will see a colored tab labeled “Feedback.”
Click on this tab to open a selection dialogue box. Then click on “Chat with support.”
Submitting a Chat Message
A chat message submission form will appear at the bottom right of the screen. The form includes the following fields:
- Email address
- Phone Number (optional)
When you are done filling out the information, click on “Send” to submit it to ProClient support.
To cancel sending a ticket, click on the icon at the upper right corner of the submission form.
