Your Appointment Manager
ProClient Calendar is your appointment management center. All existing appointments can be viewed and managed from here. If you are not the account owner, your user account may have limited permissions to manage existing appointments.
Managing Appointments
Use ProClient Calendar to schedule appointments, make changes to schedules, or delete appointments (if you have the permissions). Adding an appointment is as simple as clicking on an empty space on the Calendar and submitting the form that pops up.
You can set the default Calendar view to Week View or Day View. The Today button is used to reset the Current Date range to focus on Today.
Date Range Functions
The Current Date range is visible at the top left of the Calendar. In Week View, it can show a seven-day range.
This can be adjusted to match your Business Hours. In the example below, it shows a five-day range. That is what you will see if your Business Hours have weekend days marked as “closed” in your ProClient account’s default settings.
You can navigate forward and backward to move through the weeks or days (which one depends on the currently selected view).
Linking an External Calendar App
If you have a Google or Outlook Calendar account, you can link them to ProClient Calendar. Once linked, the calendars will sync automatically every 30 seconds. You can also click on the Sync Calendar Now button to sync them immediately which is located on the upper right side by clicking the 3 dots.
Walk-In Appointment Feature
ProClient Calendar also offers walk-in appointment scheduling and reception notes.
