Using the Client Portal
Clients can add an ID to their ProClient CRM profile via the Client Portal. The client needs to login to their portal, where they can find the action button “Upload ID’s” on the header menu.
Uploading an ID
They can click on that to upload a scan of their ID to the Client Portal. Clicking the button will open a selection pop-up prompting the client to select the type of ID to upload. Driver's license is the first option.
After clicking on the Driver's License option, the client will be asked to fill up an ID information form. They can also upload the ID scan by clicking in the "Select/Upload" area on the form.
Once the ID scan has been uploaded, you will be able to view it from their client profile entry.
Uploading an ID Via CRM Center
If you wish to add the ID yourself, go to the CRM center within ProClient. Search for the client’s name, then click on their name in the list view. This will take you to a specific client profile.
Beside the client’s name, you will see icons representing the client’s ID and SSN. A red icon indicates that no ID is attached to the profile.
Click on the ID icon. This will open a pop-up window where you can enter the client's ID information and upload a scanned image of the client’s ID. Note that you can only upload the following image file formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp
Once you or your client have uploaded an ID to the profile, the ID icon will have a green color.
Clicking on the icon will open a pop-up window where you can view or edit the ID scan and ID information.
