The ProClient document tags system is highly versatile. You can create any tag you want. You can also create categories of tags. The tag system is designed to help you manage documents effectively through in-depth organization.

Add a New Tag
To add a tag, go to Documents For Review. You will see a list of documents uploaded by your clients. Each listing includes a section for tags.
In the Tags column, click on the plus sign icon to add a new tag that will be associated with the selected document. -
Name the New Tag
This will open the Tags pop-up window. In the box labeled “Enter tag name,” type the text of the tag you wish to add. If the tag already exists, it will appear in a dropdown selection. If the tag does not exist, you will be given the option to create a tag. -
Create Tag and Select Category
To create a new tag, enter your text in the box. The dropdown selection will show “no results” and a button labeled “Create Tag.” This will open the New Tag dialog box. It shows the text you typed, which you can then edit. It also shows a dropdown menu labeled “Select Category.” Clicking on this will provide a list of categories and an option to “Create New Category.” -
Create a New Category
If you choose “Create New Category,” you will get a dialog box for you to type in the name of the new category. Click on the “Save” button to confirm the creation of the category. -
Saving the New Tag
Back at the “Create Tag” dialog box, you have the options of “Cancel” or “Save New Tag.” Saving the tag will return you to the Tags pop-up window, which will now show the new tag under the heading of “Active Tags.” -
Commonly Used Tags
The Tags pop-up window also gives you the option to select a tag from a list of commonly used tags. The right side of the pop-up window shows a colored tab labeled “Commonly Used Tags.” Clicking on this tab will cause it to slide open and show a list of existing tags. Click on any of the tags shown to add it to the document. -
Complete the New Tag Creation
When you are done with adding tags, click on the “Close” button. In Documents For Review, you will see the tag listed alongside the filename of the selected document.
